Plan your next event with us! We have the perfect location for you. The Community Center is a 3,500 square foot room which can accommodate up to 100 guests. Availability primarily weekends with limited weekday evenings. Think about the Community Center for:

- Group Meetings
As an added service the Park District has 70 adult chairs and 15 six foot tables as well as 24 preschool chairs and 6 six foot preschool tables available for your use. There will be a Clarendon Hills Park District staff member available to help you if problems arise.
Rentals are scheduled on a first-come, first serve basis in regards to the request forms being filled out. All Community Center Rental agreements must be completed and approved before the rental date. Full payment is due at time of reservation.
Community Center Prices:
Residents: $50 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Non-Residents: $100 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Guidelines for Community Center Rentals
- Entertainment/additional equipment, etc. will NOT be allowed into the Community Center without the permission of the Recreation Supervisor. All outside vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance for the service they are providing. The certificate of insurance must also list the Clarendon Hills Park District as Additionally Insured
- No alcoholic beverages shall be sold, brought within, given away, delivered or consumed on District property.
- Permit Holder must be present during rental.
